Here's How $10,000 Realty Cash Rewards Program™ Works For You:
- Buy or sell a home using SimplySOLD. For sellers, signing an Exclusive Authorization and Right To Sell Listing Agreement. For buyers, sign our VIP Buyer Agency Agreement (remember it does not cost you for buyer representation, the seller pays our commission and are already built into their listing price).
- Your costs to participate in the Program are limited to our fees that are paid to us at closing. Without payment of our fee Cash Rewards Inc. cannot legally register you to be eligible to participate in the $10,000 Realty Cash Rewards Program TM .
- SimplySOLD determines your Cash Reward certificate amount based upon the price of the home you sell or buy and the representation program and accompanying fee schedule you choose from our menu of services.
- Upon closing you are given your Realty Cash Reward certificate. You must comply with the required steps to properly redeem your Cash Reward certificate. Failure to do so will invalidate your certificate and cause you to not to receive your Realty Cash Reward. Each step is straight forward and carefully explained in writing by Cash Reward Inc. Upon completion of the required steps during the redemption period you are eligible to receive up to the face amount of your Cash Reward certificate given to you by SimplySOLD.

- If you purchase a home that costs $75,000 - $125,000 we will give you a $1,000 Cash Reward at closing.
- If you purchase a home that costs $125,001 - $175,000 we will give you a $3,000 Cash Reward at closing.
- If you purchase a home that costs $175,001 - $225,000 we will give you a $5,000 Cash Reward at closing.
- If you purchase a home that costs $225,001 - $275,000 we will give you a $7,000 Cash Reward at closing.
